Where to Stay

Hotel Options

For those traveling, there are several options for accommodations. Be sure to consider what you would like to do while you are in Austin (see “What to Do” below) and how long you will be visiting, as Austin traffic varies and can get very congested during rush hour.

Karlei & Steve both live in the Leander/Georgetown/Cedar Park area (which is located in the Northern part of the Austin Metropolitan Area); however, the wedding venue is located approximately an hour South in Dripping Springs.

Out of town guests will receive a separate invitation to a Welcome/Rehearsal Dinner the evening before the wedding (Wednesday, November 18, 2026) and a Farewell Brunch the morning after the wedding (Friday, November 20, 2026). Please note that both those events will be held in the Leander/Georgetown/Cedar Park area.

Several different accommodations are available, depending on your location preference (see below). However, rooms have been blocked off at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Cedar Park. If booking with Hampton Inn & Suites, please click on the corresponding link below, or if booking by phone, mention the “Neufeld-Bimson Wedding” for the group rate. To ensure the group rate, please book by October 31, 2026.
